 It is my great pleasure and proud privilege to invite everyone, on behalf of the Organising Committee, to join us at the 38^th IACDE National Conference, to be held at Kolkata, between 30^th November and 3^rd December, 2023. We are keeping no stones unturned to make sure that all of you are offered the best possible experience at Kolkata. The Scientific Committee is working towards presenting an extraordinary scientific spectacle, with an array of national and international speakers who are the best in their respective fields. The rest of the Organising Committee is totally geared up to make all your moments at Kolkata memorable for years to come. Kolkata is a favourite destination for one and all, where traditions meet the trendy with dramatic display, where academics merge with extracurricular pageants with grandiosity and where years of experience give winds beneath the wings of a novice flyer to ensure that the flight soars high to reach the dreams and beyond.
